Nexus Global LLC provides digital marketing, branding, web development, and design services. Detailed deliverables and timelines are discussed during onboarding or via signed project agreements.

3. Payments

• All projects require an upfront deposit (percentage to be defined per project).

• Final payment is due upon completion or as stated in the project contract.

• Accepted payment methods: [credit/debit cards, bank transfer, etc.]

4. Refund Policy

We offer a refund within 15 working days under the following conditions:

• The client submits a written cancellation request within the refund window.

• Work on the project has not exceeded 30% completion.

• Any refund approved will be processed within 15 working days from the date of approval.

Note: Refunds do not apply to completed services, consultation hours, or digital assets already delivered.

5. Intellectual Property

All content created by Nexus Global LLC (logos, websites, campaigns, etc.) remains the property of Nexus Global LLC until full payment is received. After final payment, ownership rights are transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide timely feedback and necessary materials

• Review deliverables promptly

• Adhere to agreed timelines and payments

7. Limitation of Liability

Nexus Global LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of United States Of America.
